Yes you can.

You need the NoLimits Construction Kit. Go to the NoLimits dropdown menu > Environment Editor > Station. Then pick the texture you want, which obviously you'd make yourself.

Realy a shame that the CK is gone, the functions it has are damm usefull.

I'm not sure, but you don't need to serial key to get to the environment editor...
