Help with replacing track

I forgot when you have a pice of track or section and you want to make it regualar track. I forgot what keycommand or command you push to do that. (like spliting up a long station and putting a regualar track in it.)

hilight the track, hit control 1 on your keyboard at the same time and press I, if it's not I then its Y

Highlight the track go up into the tools and split, and then transform it.
