I ordered SM full version long time ago. I has lost Enter Key. How I can reach to Enter Key. And I did sent to email SM support. I haven't hear these message since whole weeks. I need help for it.

Ok, hi, I don't mean to offend you, but... what? I'm not sure how to read most of what you've written. But I'm pretty sure you've lost your key for SM and you want a new one or to get your old one back? Have you tried emailing SM, or? Not sure if that's the right thing to do... or if they'd be able to read your email.

The kid's talking about SM, not NL. [;)] I think he said he's already emailed SM support and hasn't got anything back for weeks.

If SM support doesn't reply, I see no other way than to get another key. Hopefully, you learn from this and never loose a key to a program/game ever again.

Try digging through the email you used to purchase SM with and see if you can find the message you received when you ordered.
