RCT 2 LIFT-HILL ISSUES

[confused]I was wondering if anyone out there knows how to alter the lift-hill speed on roller coasters in rct 2 so that it goes, for instance, 100 mph? I've seen it done but I don't know how to do it.[?].

To translate for n00bs in RCT2 it stands for Son of Beast Trainer. One does what the other one can't and it's quite effective.
