Reed's Point Cyclone rating without viewing

When I uploaded the Reed's Point Cyclone Sunday night, I had a lot of trouble with the site. It finally uploaded. However, the first rater apparently had trouble getting it to load. I subsequently checked it by downloading it and it loaded ok. I suspect perhaps there was an ongoing site problem, thus he was unable to load it. However, I don't feel a rating - favorable or not - is fair if the ride did not load. Besides, the rating doesn't specify anything about the ride. Trackwalker's rating goes into detail, and proves the ride is (now) able to be downloaded and ridden.
