?????? Ride Entertainment Group

An exciting new attraction has been announced by Ride Entertainment Group. Named AirSurfer, the ride is a zipline that allows riders a multitude of ways to experience the thrills of soaring through the air.

"The AirSurfer is the first powered zipline that has the ability to navigate turns and go up and down inclines. In addition, it offers guests the ability to sit, stand or fly as they experience this once-in-a-lifetime ride. Catch a curling wave on a surfboard. Ride the half pipe on a snowboard. Fly a windsurfer up and downhill. All of these experiences and many more are possible- the sky is the limit when it comes to the AirSurfer."

The patented ride will allow parks and attractions much more freedom if they would like a zipline but do not have the space. AirSurfer lets parks build around objects like trees and buildings, making it perfect for existing properties that are already filled with rides. The experience that AirSurfer will provide makes it perfect for not only amusement parks, but also zoos, family entertainment centers, and outdoor recreation sites.

Ride Entertainment Group says they expect to debut the attraction in late 2014 in the United States. The attraction will be created through AirSurfer Entertainment, LLC. Source: Mike H @NewsPlusNotes
