Shadows Not Working

Anybody else have this problem? I'm running Vista (yeah, bad for NoLimits, I know), and I turned off my shadows a while ago (they were working) for faster loading. Then when I went to switch them on today, nothing happens on the load screen. I've tried all levels of sharpness and settings of dynamic shadows. It just skips the shadow loading section as if they're shut off. Tried on multiple coasters, tried reloading the game.

EDIT: Well, it's certain coasters. I've tried it on simple tracks that I just clicked a few segments. It works then. There's something about the few rides I've tried. Terraforming? Trees? Individual support colors? I don't know.

If you load a track with terraforming, the shadow wont show, it's normal
