It does look really out of place, not sure why it's there either. Maybe to prevent guests from seeing the train go down the first drop?

Yea, nobody like watching a train of scream riders plummet 200+ feet.

people at the town apparently complained about the noise of screaming people on the first drop. So that's why there is a wall now.

Same thing that was proposed to be done on Oblivion's (AT) Brake run, to shield some of the noise from the Ropers complaining! [lol]
