Spanking Your Kids: Discipline or Abuse?

They need it in some parts ill admit. Some of the kids in my school misbehave so bad sometimes.

Look, before I had kids, I was against spanking if possible. But now I have two boys, and my oldest, who is just over 2 years old, can throw the worst tantrums. And sometimes, not every time, I spank his bottom. I'm not gently. But I'm not harsh. I spank him once and then I get down to his level and I give him a pep talk as to why he got spanked, hug him, kiss him, and continue on. Like I said, until you are in that situation, it's not really fair to judge. And I have news for you...those sites that say you don't need to spank, you can just work through it with your child, have obviously never tried to reason with a 2 year old!
