i have refreshers. But im not handy any out. It bad.

well actualy if your hitting refresh over and over like other people are doing it wil cause the server to crash. Which looks like the case here. Plus there would be no need whatsoever shut down the site when you add a file.

In phpNuke pages don't happen this, but in html sometimes yes...
