Track Smoother Error

When I try to smooth my track an error pops up saying:

"Run Time Error 9"
Subscript out of Range

It only does it with a specific track. I tired all my other tracks and it works but it won't work when I try the specific track that I want it to do. Anybody have any advice??

Happens to me too sometimes I dunno why.

Save the track as an element and load it into another file.

Or if you have NL 1.6+, then just use Ctrl and G. Highlight the element you want smoothing, then press Ctrl and G, and it should smooth. You need to use a good number of segments to get enough control.

How do you save tracks or part of tracks as elements anyway?

Select the track you want, then File>Save as Element.

I think that's what he is doing, I would try to copy the track like suggested before
