Why in the hell would there be a moustache on a taco? Answer: Because it's a cartoon.
Yes, and the moustache personifies it. I don't see how caviar would help achieve anything other than tell us that the taco is a snob. Based on his general appearence, greasyness and lack of personal hygene I would say he is not. In fact, I would go far enought to say that that taco is homeless.

I love caviar. Taco's are... ok, I think it could be a winning combination.
