Very low rating

I'm not sure if I've done the link above right or not. Anyway, soer5504 has given my coaster, Twist'er More, an extremely low rating. I don't know how to translate (to English) what the rater's comments of explanation mean, but the scores, which may be the result of an understanding, seem to be unnecessarily lower than any other scores this ride received. Perhaps the rater thought low numbers = a better rating? Perhaps he didn't like the coaster. I've tried to avoid this forum, but these scores just don't seem appropriate.
