God Bless America? What so only the americans died in the war? Comments like that really do annoy me, and its not just you, a high percent of Americans do exactly the same thing and to be honest it makes me sick

God Bless America is a legendary term from back during the reveloutinary times, and is still used, why, who knows ask George W sometime. If there was some God Bless the UK i wouldn't mind it, or God save the Queen.

Gee ... who would have guessed that a person who would be speaking German right now if it was not for the U.S. would get upset by such a plain jane comment ... come on Edge, give me a break.

He said God Bless America cause he lives in America ... here, this is for you, "God Save the Queen". Happy now? Geesh man ...

well, I'd like to thank all vets. Well, all actual vets, no halo or cs vets included. Thanks for all your hard work in keeping America, and other countries safe from people like ben ladin, and that guy who just died.

TConwell: If it wasn't for the US that person would have been speaking Russian now, not German. The D-day wasn't realy that important for defeating the germans. They would have been defeated anyways by the russians. But it was important to stop the Russians from getting Europe.

But all veterans in America deserve honor, like veterans in all other coutries. God bless them!

"God Bless America" also dates back to the formation of this country...God was a major part of most of the people who founded this country. Its on our money, its on our old documents, its the reason we seperated from Britain, for religious freedom from worshipping the king.

But more On-Topic, Yes, thanks to all those Veterans who gave up their time for others, majority of which they didnt even know, and more than likly, even their enemies within the country they protected.
