There is already an entire topic on this...it is now a few pages back. Dont forget that the forums include a search tool.

To answer your question please check out the official website and forums where a patch has been released, and there is an entire topic for demo troubleshooting.

I've downloaded it and it worked without any problems. I can't wait till a 2nd demo, so new rides included. (i don't count the breakdance as an demo.)
