I dont know... I think the best place would be 10 kilometers north of Iqaluit, although most Americans would not know how to survive there, it would be interesting, Iqaluit is the most unknown capital city in Canada, Seeing no American could survive there, and the cast is full of yanks, so I'd say Africa is the top spot.
