Wonder Island Russia 2017 - Intamin 10 Inversion Clone

Wonder Island in Russia are adding an Intamin 10 inversion clone to their lineup for 2017. It will unfortunately be taking the place of the S&S screaming squirrel (Afterburner) which was there before.

^ Even if it's said to be a clone, the drop is different, I think, from that of a regular 10 inversion type!

^It's a clone of the new generation 10 inversion looper. They use a cable lift and lapbar trains. There's a clone of this ride in China, Turkey (Ankapark), and the first one was Altair at Cinecitta World.

Looks like Afterburner could find a new home if there's a buyer. It is on Interlink.

Screaming Squirrels had a flurry of popularity and then immediately died, kind of like the standup coaster concept lol. I doubt anyone will buy it.

Those concraptions don't even look very fun, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it.

There are some interesting rides for sale on that site, including, strangely enough a Mack Bobsleigh coaster! (not sure which park it's from)

^Probably from this park in Japan that closed in 2006. The park's BMRX coaster (now known as Knightmare at Camelot) also is on Interlink.

Yeah but at least Knightmare might still have another chance at life! I'd hate to see it demolished.

The ride is now open! You might recall that the park has a Blue Fire clone named Velikoluksky Miasokombinat which is themed to the meat processing plant which sponsored the ride. Well this ride is named Velikoluksky Miasokombinat-2

Awesome, those rolls seem to go a lot faster then it's older brothers/sisters.
