Blue Streak at Cedar Point packs quite a punch for being only 78 feet tall. Fairly intense for it's size, and has plenty of airtime :). I wish there were more coasters like it.

Blue Streak is right up there for me, too. Sitting in any of the middle rows of a car makes it a relatively smooth ride, too.

If I can count lightning run with its 100 ft drop, then by far that is the best. Otherwise The Mummy @ USF :P

Manta at Sea World San Diego was really fun for only having a 54 Ft. drop!

I like Gerstlauer's weird style. Also MM's drop is like that because of the theming element inside of the building.

This is a bizarre and wide criteria, and I think it's useless to just name 1, so I'll just throw down a list of stuff I've been on.

- Literally everything @ Indiana Beach

- Jack Rabbit, Sky Rocket, Thunderbolt @ Kennywood

- If you mean 100 ft above ground, then Boulder Dash, but I'm guessing you don't.

- Raven @ Holiday World

- Every CCI @ Mount Olympus

- Everything @ Knoebels

- Yankee Cannonball @ Canobie

- Great Bear @ Hershey

- Hydra @ Dorney

- Avalanche @ Timber Falls

There's definitely more I'm forgetting.
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

I've really been on only a couple of non-family coasters less than 100 feet tall worth mentioning, and the best is definitely Atlantis Adventure @ Lotte World. It's fast, smooth, it's got some intense airtime, as well as some interesting forces and maneuvers you wouldn't guess were there just by watching an onride POV video. It's the epitome of a pure FUN roller coaster!

For me it was TheSmiler when it was open
however i suppose below 100ft would have to be ElLoco at Adventure Dome, that drop is insane!

^^ Yeah it kinda sucks that you can't touch the water now. :( It's still really awesome though and you still come really close to being able to do so!

^ I'm not sure when they removed that aqua section. Well, I've heard that they lowered the water for rider's safety though. Was that splash part also doubled as a brake like B&M Dive Machine's splashdown?

I don't think the water fountains and "touching the water" section were designed to brake the train significantly since there's an MCBR and a (very short) trim brake section (I actually don't even remember feeling the trims slowing the train down) just before the high-speed flat turn over the water.
