Youtube downloads?

I remember there was a site that could let you download any youtube video through the url. What was that? Also how would I go about ripping audio from the video?

I don't know about the video part, but Audio Hijack Pro will let you rip the audio.

I have Windows so I can not use that.

If you want a program instead I've used "Free Download Manager", it's free and legitment and allows you to download more then one at a time.
