maybe becouse a trimmed airtime machine, with some overbanked turns doesn't make a good coaster... the only part in which EGF stands out from the rest in my opinion is the twisted drop. The drop is amazing but I think the rest is a bit overrated.....

Okay, now this is just pathetic. Beta is already almost halfway through round 3, and we're still only 2 picks past round 1.

EGF has had its mid ride trim removed and is reported to be running better than ever. It is a great looking all around ride with a great location.

And I have respect for Hades and really liked it...but it's no Voyage. Ive ridden almost 400 coasters and feel confident in that.

I dunno man, Voyage and EGF is a pretty potent cocktail. It's definitely a good starting point!

Well, part of it is certainly that 4 people didn't make a pick in this draft's first round. There ARE some advantages for being in the slower draft after all [:D]

Really? From the POV videos, and with the extra length of the train, I would have thought that the back would be the only place you would get some decent ejector air, on the drop, off the MCBR, and into the splash. Assumptions can be wrong, I suppose.

Near the front the air is kinda weak. It's also weak coming into the splash but gcoming into the MCBR and the final break run pulls some good air.
