After a LONG time...

...i'm trying to play RCT2 again! Yay! So anyways, i was trying to install it, and at 2% of installing it, it stops and gives me this info: Component Transfer Error
Component: Minimum
File group: Minimum
File: D:\data2.cab
Error: Incorrect Function

Does anybody know how i can get it to work? Thanks!

^ That is weird. i am running vista and rct2 installed well, and runes well too... but i don't know what might be wrong with it, its possibly that your missing a file, our the file installed somewhere els on the computer.

clean the disc, and if it still gives you problems, you've probably permanently damaged it; you can, however, get software such as LaserLock to help it read better.

Is that the right hard drive? My disc drive is E:\
