Seriousely? A ruler? If a friggin' ruler is impossible to use , how about this thing, which is basic knowledge here taught to 13 year olds? I don't know what the English word for it is, but we call it geometry triangle.
The longest edge of the right triangle is a ruler, with the zero at the center. Alongside the other two sides you van easily make angles between 0 and 180 degrees. The lines in the center are useful for making parallel lines.

This way you can make perfect shapes using just one small thing. I use it for geometry math problems.

If we were robots we wouldn't have to deal with this.

I like to draw lines with my ruler. Although I got bored and snapped it so the lines end up being around 4cm long.

I don't use rulers to draw straight lines [^] I am able to draw perfectly straight lines without the aid of a ruler. It's a freaky skill I've had for as long as I can remember. Used to freak people out a bit at school.

Still, Metric system ftw, obviously.

[lol] dudewat? You're supposed to be the one sending me 90% of the profits from all of your hard work based on my ideas... not the other way around. Damn, we've been through this!

But, I neither God nor robot. I am mere mortal. I can just draw straight lines. I wish I was good at other stuff, but no... drawing straight lines is the talent I was given :/

One more pro for the metric system is that weight can be substituted with force directly. The imperial system requires a factor to convert weight into force.

All RCCAs should be RMC'd. And that event shall be henceforth known as the Rollercaust.

Why can't Michael J Fox draw a perfect circle?

I haven't ever thought about being a pinstriper, no. It seems to be a rather specialized field, with a limited supply of work. I have done that kind of stuff before though, but not on cars.

Did you mean weight and mass? Because weight and force are the same thing (Newtons in metric, pounds in imperial). Even if you did mean weight and mass, you still need a conversion factor to convert either one, 9.81 m/s^2 or 32.2 ft/s^2.
