ok I have a Problem when I open up Device manager.. when I do it says that I need Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher but the problem is that I have IE 6.0

I was lucky I had another working comp..
I found out the problem and it is now fixed. the problem was that the internet explorer was missing some strings so I exported the regfiles on the other computer and imported it here. now it works..
