is the morph thing easy to use?

After you have followed the tut, it is. It is easy, but it takes like 10 - 15 minutes.

Alright haha, I did one of my dog, but now I'm stuck. How do I save it? The tutorial kinda just cut off at the end and didn't really explain how to save it.
