This is awesome, holy crap! This looks even taller than Pilgrim's Plunge

That's cool.

There are a couple of pictures more, to be seen on the RCDB page and I'm sure elsewhere.

It looks badass. The first splashdown is going to be cool at the bottom of that huge drop.

Not going to lie, that first drop is just so dull... You would think Intamin would pull a cooler drop design
Oh, were you expecting something here?

It just needs to be steeper, much steeper, with a bigger crest radius.

I thought straight-track sections for drops faded away after the Arrow days!

Yeah Pilgrim's Plunge at Holiday World is pretty boring. It's essentially a sledding ramp.

Now it is open. I'm from a city near Mirabilandia. I went to Mirabilandia yesterday. Divertical is really cool and funny! The first drop is so amazing!

Clearly they didn't set out to design the most gut-wrenching drop in the world. Not all drops have to look like El Toro or Maverick. Looks to me like they wanted to satisfy a family audience who enjoys thrill rides, but nothing too intense like say iSpeed or Katun. The ramp style is a different feel...fun in a new way. Instead of airtime (which is the scariest part for a lot of riders) it focuses on drop length (time), acceleration, and anticipation of the splashdown. I think it's silly to put down a family style ride because it's not really intense.

The overall design, though, is a bit suspect IMO...but I think the drop itself is more than reasonable for this application.

Last time they did that on a water ride it ejected fatties.

I was disappointed in Pilgrims Plunge at Dollywood. The drop felt like... nothing.

Why would you expect anything from that drop, it's like, 45 degrees.

Looks fun, the hill after the splash could provide some airtime.
Deffinitely look forward to riding.

It's a water ride. It's not really supposed to have airtime. You all seem to be missing that the point of this is to have something more interesting than the standard log flume

I didn't see a splash in the first small pool after the drop, is that intentional? Or does it just get the back seats? And at first glance, I was like, what on earth is the curved elevator for? Then I saw an off-ride and it's simply genius. Carries one up while the other platform comes down; passing only at the widest point of the curve with clearance. I can't even get over what a good idea that is lol

^Stop being so absent all the time Kuggan, we went over this with Pilgrim's Plunge three years ago lol

They probably don't have too much of a splash on the first splash-down section because there would be too much drag and wouldn't allow for enough speed to complete a substantial layout.
