I don't know what happened, but in every environment with NL, I get streaks across the ground. You can see it in a few of my project pages very clearly.

Notice how in the background you can see darker and lighter grass.
Any ideas on how this could've happened?

No, it's been a problem for a while. It's just more annoying now that I have so many other problems on top of it.
