real's steel supports environment

i recently downloaded Ascension by dynamix

and it uses real's cci steel support thing
i have it and when i choose that environment (the plain cci one, not the cci sunset) and i couldn't see the handrails unless i chose the sunset one and clearly in the screenshot and the description, dynamix has the plain version.
i was just wondering if anyone knew about this problem and could help

Are you sure you are using "CCI Steel" and not "CCI steel structure". The one with structure in the name takes away the handrails for some reason. Here is the "CCI steel" one. http://www.real-coasters.com/dl/cci_steel.zip
