No, They discovered a copyright infringement copy of Newton 2.
There was a topic for this, It was before we knew that the name had changed on RCDB though.
Go into Newton2, bank the track to 90*, then set the G's to 0. Tell me what you get - it should look pretty familiar

I had a quick search around the forum and I cant find anything about this... But happy valley are building a really awesome looking coaster;
