Construction on Happy Capital's new B&M Flying coaster is now well underway.

one quick question... how can a ride seem intense when there is no track built. lol

It won't be intense. Most B&M flyers won't be intense as they're sole purpose is to deliver the experience of flying, and in fly position your body can't experience to high of g's, and the intense moments can only happen in lie position. (IE the pretzle loop, also vekoma's loop on thier flying coasters)

I hope this turns out to be a nice coaster. But with nothing really there as of yet, it's hard to make any predictions.

^I don't really think that would happen. Tatsu uses terrain to it's advantage and a clone built on flat land would have to be really tall or have some tunnel work. As for the Kumali clone both rides on RCDB share almost the exact same statistics. So you might be right there.
