LOL, Indeed. Ummm, I would say if the picture is 1mb which is a pretty large picture to be uploading to WWS, that should take 10 seconds?

Hm. When I used the included photo-attachment for threads, big pictures took me, uhmm, not longer than half a minute. However, anything within the 500 pixel range shouln't take much longer than a few seconds like SFMM said...however, for a while now, I've been using the ImageShack Photohost and img tags to post pics.

If you have high resolution pictures then you need a program like ImageReady to reduce the file size without reducing the image quality. That is what I use for my pictures. Most of my pictures start out at about 1MB, but after taking them into ImageReady I can get the size down to about 100KB with very little image quality lost.

B and M...go to this link ( www.imageshack.us ) and see the box with the BROWSE button next to it? Go to browse and find the pic you want to post here...hit "host it" and wait for the link to load (this may take a while depending on size) and you'll recieve 8 different links for different purposes. Copy 'n' paste the bottom one next to Direct Link To The Picture, and paste it in the post you want people to see it. Than surround it with img tags....[ img ] direct link [/ img ] (remove the spaces) and you'll be able to post the pic...that's how you paste photos onto replies without using the attchment which clearly gives you problems.
