Need help.

I need help figuring out whether rides like Pipe Scream at Cedar Point are true rollercoasters or not. Are they?

It's usually debated but most of us in the coaster community consider them flat rides, just like the fireballs/meteorites.

I personally don't count them as coasters in my coaster count, but I don't mind if parks call them coasters for the sake of marketing.

normally they don't count because they don't really "coast". On the other hand parks DO count them as coasters.

I personally consider Pipe Scream a "Half Pipe" Coaster.
