New El Toro Avatar

I finished my new avatar. I am sorry if it is messing up the loading of ur pages. The last pov avatars ive done it only had to load once or twice and then stopped slowing it down. Thankfully, at least for me, This time it doesn't seem to take time to load at all! But for some reason it isnt looping. Is there any way to fix that?

But I still don't really get why people have entire videos as their avatars. A small clip or just a picture is fine.
