NEW YORK - Investigators were re-examining a gyrating ride at a historic amusement park after a young woman died in the second fatal accident in less than four years, the fourth death at the park in that span.

The woman was killed Friday night on the Mind Scrambler at Playland Amusement Park in Rye, N.Y., just north of New York City, Westchester County Police spokesman Kieran O'Leary said.
