The blog has been updated again, this time talking about the control system. They also mention that it will have 1 chain lift, 1 brake block and 2 tire lifts.

Wow, I thought there were 4 lifts. I guess that's better. Still, I'm disappointed with that. Sigh. Family rides suck.

Eh, if they suck don't get in line. I know if I were to ride it I would probably have a lot of fun. Not everything has to be intense as hell.

I know that, but seriously, come on, if Galaxyland was your home park, what would you've chose, a Eurofighter, or a spinner? The Eurofighter would bring in far more revenue because they could advertise it as thrilling. The spinner at TPAMOA is only as popular as it is, because it's the most thrilling coaster there. The Eurofigher can do inversions, it can have over vertical lifts. They could've been more creative had they had the opportunity to have inversions, and the layout wouldn't have been entirely helices.

I mean, I'm content with it, but it's not going to be overly fun after a while, and it's not like the mall is too poor to afford a Eurofighter.

Think about it though, the West Edmonton Mall already has a very thrilling roller coaster. What they needed is a ride that the entire family can ride together and have fun on. On the other hand, MOA does not have a very thrilling ride and they do have a hand ful of rides that the entire family can ride.

In other news, all 5 cars are done and will be shipped soon.

Looks pretty, even if it is a "family" ride.

This is a spinner, haha. I want to ride a Eurofighter too. I wish that Galaxyland was getting one instead of another family ride.

I'm trying to make the best of it. It's a coaster, even if it's a kiddie coaster.

The name is up. It's the Galaxy Orbiter. Wow. The name is... really bad. New construction pictures are up though.

Mmmm. More supports to interact with an alreay claustrophobic Anton ride. That spinner might not be top notch, but at least its adding to the other.

Looks very nice. I wouldn't want to take a trip there JUST for the spinner, but it still looks cool.

Yeah I think it is cool the way it is interacting with the Schwarzkopf.

I like the long straight sections of track it has.
