Designer Of the Year

Well, I've had this idea that we could do a site-wide designer of the year competition. Here is the way it works:

1. Users nominate other users who they think have made the best tracks collectively over the course of the past year. This means that a person MUST HAVE UPLOADED MORE THAN 1 TRACK to be eligible for nomination. Keep in mind, if a user uploaded 2 tracks, and one of them was rated a 9.99, but the other was rated 6.75, that user probably should not be designer of the year; tracks have to be consistently excellent.

2. I will compile a list of nominated users, until the nomination period ends.

3. Users will then be able to vote on who they think should be designer of the year.

4. The winner will get a prize, which will be disclosed later.


DATES:

Nomination Period: 11/18/07 - 11/30/07

Voting Period: 12/1/07 - 12/31/07

Winner Will Be Announced On: 1/1/08 (New Years Day)


RULES:

- A person may only nominate 1 user (other nominations will be ignored).

- A person MAY nominate him or herself.

- A person must have uploaded more than one track [In the year 2007] in order to be nominated.

- Any user who meets the above criteria may be nominated.

i think hes a good designer not because his tracks are perfect, but because they are unique

um ill have to pick chris (canadamos) , for the smooth track and the object on his track its just perfect.

Why don't you just let us pick a load of nominees and the one that's picked most wins, and if there's a tie we vote between them?
