It was a tough contest to judge, all 7 entries were good, but there could be only one winner.

Before I post the winner, here's all 7 entries

Surge by IntaminFan397 He made good use of the allowed limts with his compact design.

Destroyer by Shortkid422 came in as a close second, followed by Surf by WhiteWolf in thrid.
