Slappin Points Idea...

This may have been done already, but as I'm new here.. Using woodies for this example, What if you had to buy a track for download, say 4 points (not alot) - 2 points go to the person who constructed it and 2 points sit in a bank for that particular category (woodies) and at the end of say a week, the persons track in its category that has the highest rating gets the points in the bank from that category [:)]

Why do you post this in NolimitsCoaster discussion? Anyway, it's a good idea. But I don't think everyone does agree with me.

i think it's a bad idea, because people who want to download track must then spam in the forums or give rates with no sence, only because they want to download a track.

and less people will download your coaster

I really think this is a bad idea... we have enough problems already with getting enough people to download and rate coasters. If you have to lose points to download a track, less people will download, and therefore rate, your coasters. Also, more people will spam forums to get more points. I do like the idea of awarding points for winning medals, though.
