still cant download exchange,Confusing aswers

Im getting very confused advice esp from oscar. Has anyone ever have had problem with downloading exchange before and what to do about it. I have NEVER download exchange since I joined recently. Ocar says something like I cant read and yes there may be full moon(maybe) but I am not looking at the moon and would like a good answer. Anyone who had problems downloading and fixed it will most qualifed to answer. I been trying for days with NO sucess.

Try complaining 3 more times, bring that post count up to 10.

Ok, I gotta agree with you. The 10 post policy does have some good sides like more entertainment for us!

Dude, after 10 posts you also have to wait for the minute high tide comes in on the east coast. Exactly at that moment, you must post a topic about how great Oscar is. At that point he will let you have access to the exchange.

You need ten posts to download from the exchange. Too bad we raised it to 20 for you though. [;)]

I do not know what is going on? All i asked is about site exhange.Downloads ect and varius answers.Some totally irrelevent and i did not mean to cause harm .one user claim he was quoted. I never made that quote.He simply replied to me about Tetsu. Someone is blowing this way out of portion.I spread no such quote.Please do not ban me mistakes were made and i apoligise for any mistakes than may have occured. You need 10 LOGICAL and MEANINGFUL posts to access the exchange here. In your case more because of your situation. Because you are posting pointless things, such as asking how many trains are on Manta and if it is open, that are angering the staff here, you are at risk of getting into serious trouable. Maybe if you don't act so oblivious to what's going on and start posting things that actually have a point, maybe you won't have to deal with the ban hammer threats from the staff!

dude, its quite simple, all new members must post 10 times, then the site will allow them access to downloading and uploading on the exchange, and possibly something to do with high tide on the east cost(i dunno about that one, see oscar the great).
it's to stop new members from posting one reply saying "hello, i am from the north coast, i like rollercoasters." then leaving the forum FOREVER and posting little nooblet coasters over and over again, the exchange is jam packed full of bumpy, crappy, uninspired rollercoasters made by idiots who have but one post and then never even press that forum button ever again. like i said, its to combat n00bs. stop bitching and listen to oscar.
oh and we got annoyed with you, so now your post count is minus nine, you have nineteen posts to go, it wont be THAT hard! make yourself at home!
(oh and double or more posts are frowned upon and will get you bannededededed. so don't double post, post on relevant topics, make yourself some friends, then ask them what you think of your coaster before you upload it, so let them test it, therefore you wont make crappy coasters, everyone here will like you a lot more and there will be 500 less bumpy peices of cr*p). detailed enough?

edit: oh and one more thing, you CAN delete your own posts, if you don't like what was written, delete it(i think you can anyway)
