I am stating to make a hot springs building near the park. What engrish should I use for the hot springs? Engrish.com didn't have any.

What other activities should I add to make the park more weird?
add some odd vending machines. The Japanese have vending machines for everything.

Make sure you have permissions for the environment! Don't want any copyright infringement issues...
On a separate topic, I admire your ability to create decent scenery with supports, but you should really look into using 3ds. They're MUCH more realistic, and are so much more useful for different things.

3ds can kill FRPS more than supports can. Plus 3ds can get re arranged by the computer.
Oh, you'll also need to fix the toilet. Japanese toilets are practically in the ground. you have to squat down facing them to use the bathroom.

I fixed it and even added the bubble texture that was in the hot springs.

^^They only kill FPS if a) your computer can't handle them or b) they're made poorly. If you optimize them, they can look like a real park, without killing FPS. Plus, it's not all wood when you use 3ds.
I'm not a big fan of jet coasters (really I think they suck[flush])

I'm still missing some kanji around the ride. It's cool that you added a lot of engrish. But to be truely a park inside japan you'll need Kanji too.
