Do you have a cool desktop? Mine makes me think of a Mac and Vista, I'm running XP Professional though.

My old one was pretty much exactly like that except I had the Object Doc at the bottom of the screen and the Windows bar at the top of the screen but hidden.

"CalawayPark" just about gave that answer. It is an object dock, specifically I got mine from alienware along with other pieces such as the "start" button.

K, this is now the official desktop posting thread.

I would post mine, but it would make you all cry and curl up into the fetal position. [:)]

My Vista index score is giving it a 4.6 and my lowest is a 4.3 which is because of my RAM's speed. But really it runs pretty fast. Everything else is above a 5.0 so im happy with that. my graphics card is a 5.9 which makes me very happy. :)

why double post? for the background, i forget where i got it from, for the automatic changer, i just searched for it under google, then i downloaded it, (sry, i forget exacly where i got it from), set a certain folder for the program to go through, then be happy :)

edit:::

http://awc.smurphy.co.uk/ thats the site i got it from, then just put the program in your startup folder... and then play around with the settings in the program...

I could put a video as my desktop background but all the videos I have are not the correct hight and width so it looks like crap. (One of the great Vista Ultimate Extras called Dream scene lets me do this.)
