I think he has some kind of timer in his pants that crushes his nuts as soon as he need to sing that high. Notice the big pauze again after that, that's just to relax again and sing on normal pitch.

i think its raising his had which does it, theres a string attached to his cough and when he rases his arm the string gets very tight around his balls and causes him to sing at very high pitch.

Also, when you say, that someone is "screaming as a girl", they're using falsetto...

There was once a time where they would castrate prepubescent male singers just so they could retain their high pitched voices for the rest of their lives. I believe they were known as castratos.

You'll be suprise how people can sing that high. Anybody heard of a group called Magma? Anyway this drummer can sing pretty high and sing real crazy as if he's singing his head off. I guess some people are gifted in singing that high.
