WHAT!!!!! It better be safe. I don't want CP to be sued. But I really want to go there and ride TTD, but I'm going in late august.

Yeah, it wasn't a big deal, cables break every once in a while on both Xcel and Dragster. This time, for some reason, fragments hit riders, which is a very unprobable and not very severe accident. The injouries were unfortunate but minimal. I'd assume they'd check the cable more frequently and replace it after a new "service-life".
