Ok so today i attended media day, sorry i dont have photos, but heres a little review of the ride. I enjoyed it and think its a great addition to the park
Got there around 930, event was supposed to start at 10, but the ceremony didnt start until about 10:20, it was a short and sweet one, only about 10 min. Then ribbons shot out and guest recited the green lantern oath, and its time to ride! Me and my friend ended up being one of the first few people, and ended up getting on the first train out, 2nd row.
All clear was heard, and out to climb the lift we went. Once we reached the top, it was just all fun and force from there.
The drop in the front of the train is good, but in the back you get whipped over and actually catch a little airtime. Then into the loop, for some reason at the bottom of the drop/into the loop there was a strong G spot and into the loop you went, nice element, then diveloop, then the turn around which had some forced to it, then into the inclined loop, i dont know how i feel about this element, it was weird and kind of disorienting but some rides it was just meh. Then the little s-turn to the turn into the breaks which was forceful and had a little air.
From the MCBR it does not let up, down into the first cork you go and have a little pop of hair, and the whole 2nd half is fast, forceful and fun.
Little side notes:
-No sound is on the lift or break run[or at least not yet?]
-Queue has a couple story boards about the ride but i didnt read them.
-Not sure how they plan on using 3 trains, with 2 trains and alot of empty seats on most cycles, they still took a -long time to dispatch, they check the retrains and tell you to put your feet back, then after they check the restrains, they "check feet"
-No onride camera yet, they still have to set it up
-Speaker/mic in station wasnt working, they were using a megaphone
Overall i enjoyed the ride and did it about 6 times before i left the ride and went around the park for others.
Edit- forgot to add, This ride really takes a toll on your legs your first time. MY first ride, by the time the MCBR came around i just wanted to lean down and sit on the little bicycle seat, my legs were getting weak and had all the blood rush to them, but once a few rides after i got more adjusted to it.
