CCI Buzz Bars - What happened with those?

Well, I know that several CCI coasters have them,and have had them. Timbor Terror at Silver Wood has them, Cyclops at mount olympus has em, and Raven at Holiday World used to have them, which brings me to my point. After Raven had its accident, did CCI stop manufacturing thier coasters with buzz bars? Or Did they still have it as an option? And do you think Gravity Group would have PTC manufacture trains with buzz bar if requested by the park?

CCI has nothing to do with the trains. That's up to the parks and PTC. PTC still offers them. Cornball Express, for one, has them.

What's the difference between buzz bars and normal lap bars?

It is pretty much up to the park to decide which restraint system they want on their PTC trains. I'm guessing that the company designing the coaster recommends a certain restraint though.
