I completely agree. I've only ridden kingda ka once but im never riding it again cause something bad is gonna happen.

^No, it's actually not. They don't design the rides to have bad things happen. It happened with Top Thrill Dragster; it had issues. So they fixed it after a year and its running fine. Kingda Ka is version two of Dragster, they've already learned from Dragsters mistakes to make KK as good as possible. Don't be arrogant and cowardly.

I personally don't have a problem with either coasters, but to me, TTD is much, much smoother on the launch than KK is.

^ Never been on KK, but I've been on TTD at least 6 times, all of which were definitely worth it.

When I rode Hypersonic at KD...it really threw me around...I sure hope that this coaster is gonna be a little smoother cuz almost twice the speed of HXLC would be horrendous.

In the concept view of the train, it only looks like a seatbelt. Anyone know the restraint system?

The restraint system is a strong Russian woman.

Sorry, I think the only excuse for anyone saying being launched to 120 mph to a height of 420 ft is snobiness..

No tires this time. Wonder if that will help, or not.

I don't like how it looks like they have wind blocker things on the front. Hopefully the front row will still get blasted with wind. That's the best part on Ka.

Huge Update!
There's now a video of the ride on S&S power's website!
http://www.s-spower.com/coasters/f1coas ... oaster.php

The ride has some hills, but other than that just launches and slams into brakes. Fun.

What Austin? Look how low that front piece is...KK's hood is at your knees whereas that one is like ankle/shin height, which is pretty awesome.

But yeah the ride overall looks horrible outside of the launch. I would've gone with low turns the whole ride, kinda like the flat S curves at the end of El Toro. With that speed they would've been fun.
