G Forces at the bottom of Phantoms Revenge?

I heard the G's are pretty intense if you drive your car into a lamp-post at 60, not so sustained mind.
There's a comprimise on all terms.

I can speak from experience. Alltho, it wasn't a lampost or tree. But something else...

Experiencing a car crash is probably one of the most intense things that could happen to you. I luckily got off with a tiny bone fracture on the spot where my seatbelt was. But there are enough car crashes that simply just kill you.
Also, my speed wasn't even 60mph. But about half of that speed: 30mph. Hitting something solid at that speed was already intense enough to total my car...

Dirk, G forces in a car crash, even at 30mph, can be up to 500g, it's just that the time involved is so short that the human body can take it perfectly well.
