I'm dropping out. Just can't figure any more layouts, that could actually meet the criterya.

Unfortunately, I will be dropping out as well. I got about halfway through the layout spending quite a few hours in the last couple of days trying to create a halfway decent coaster by the 15th, but even if I spend the next 68 or so hours left I won't be satisfied with it... and I refuse to rush the second half and have a design I'm not satisfied with. I know this is probably the 3rd or 4th contest in a row I've dropped out of, and I hope by the time the next contest rolls around I'll spend more time on the ride so I can actually submit something.

Mine is basically finished, and I've gotten a rave review from Gerstlcrazy [:)] I'm trying to tweak it as much as possible at this point, and will be uploaded to the exchange at probably the last day.

I doubt I'll have mind finished in time. I've scrapped my layout six times now... tunnel test failures, all.

I'm going to CoasterCon next week, so that will take a huge chunk of free time, what with packing, etc.

Oh, well. I'm not gonna upload a piece of crap just to say I entered.

50, actually. That means only 18% of the people who originally signed up submitted tracks.

I was one of the 82% who didn't submit a track though, so I'll end this post now in shame.

I just finally rode all of the GGC rides and wow, there are some great ones

1 rating is done, but the bad news is, today i will be riding Troy all day long (again) and monday, i'm going on vacation for a week. So you'll have to be a little patient

Is this the only site that doesn't have competent contest hosts? I would be able to rate 20 tracks in a couple hours, all with long reviews for each. It isn't that hard.

I think that the staff (doesn't say much since the staff consists of gazag also) should only approve of contests if the host has proven himself to be trustworthy.
