Hansa-Park was probably the most surprising park off our Germany trip 2017... to bad I had to leave earlier that day!

It's just a rumor I've heard: They're getting a big woodie (probably from GCI)

Turns out Hansa Park's 2019 addition will be the world's tallest Gyrodrop Tower at 120 metres. It will be part of a new Britain themed area and will be called Highlander:

Ohhh, gyrodrops are always good fun. I wonder what type of restraints it's going to get. The classic or maybe something new and modern?

It will be a Funtime drop tower with tilting seats. It will have OTSR's from Gerstlauer.

Wow me and Herman rode that drop tower in the Netherlands at a kirmes in Venray - pretty decent drop tower truth be told.

I'm just hoping the tilting of these seats will also be at the drop and not only before the drop. Other than that, I'm sure this will be a great addition!

Not a fan of the new colours. It will fit with the theme for sure but... yeah.
I'm wondering what they will do with Rasender Roland: repaint or remove?

I???d imagine repaint and retheme, removal would be too soon considering its a custom model and how it intertwines with Nessie

Hearing how Hansa Park Currently treats Roland, I can only hope it. I've heard it's rusty, all the original wooden beams under the track have disappeared and it's one of the roughest coasters in the park

They already have another kids coaster, but what could replace Rasender???s old spot? Would Rasender just be relocated to a FEC?

The height looks awesome but seeing those brakes already at halfway the tower I'm sad to see the actual drop being so short.
