Hmm... Whats wrong with the internet?

So for like the past few weeks, every page i go to on the internet, is really slow or down, I reset our router and modem, and it is still like acting up. Is it for anyone else? Because i think the problem is that it is so hot outside that maybe some web servers are giving up, if that is a possibility. Like my computer is such a piece, that when it gets to hot it crashes. so yeah, also i heard that the internet is like controlled in a really cold building that is colored black, that is in california, is that true, because i think that might not be true.

How about clearing out for cookies and temporary internet files? (Tools-Internet Options-Delete Cookies & Files)
