free internet stuff

i want some free stuff.
i've been looking for a 2d animation program because i want to make cartoons..i've done stop action stuff, with old videocameras and cheap computer cameras, but i was hoping to find one of those programs that you can talk and the mouth moves in the animation?that would be rad. but i just want a cheapo free version...

This is really fun to play around with....Not sure if its what your asking for but its alot of fun. [:D]
